In order to qualify for the lowest price guarantee the item you found at a lower price elsewhere:

Must be currently advertised by and being sold by an AUTHORIZED dealer.
Must be brand new and in the unopened box which also means:
no open box sales, no refurbished, no second sale, no special sale, no closeouts
Must be the same exact item, size, model number, etc.

If you seen an item we offer on the Internet priced lower elsewhere and you want our lowest price plus 10% guarantee, just drop us a line stating the item, item number, advertised price and a link to where you found it priced lower elsewhere. If it qualifies, we'll modify our pricing and send you an email with a link to the item with the lowest guaranteed price.  If it does not qualify we'll send you a message back explaining the exact reason it does not qualify. (Most common reason for disqualification of this guarantee are sites that are selling "gray market" that say they are an "Authorized Dealer" but in reality, are not. Remember- if you purchase from this type of site your warranty will not be honored by the manufacturer and in addition you have no certainty the person you are purchasing from is honest and trustworthy)

We reserve the right to amend, modify, change or discontinue this guarantee at any time and for any reason. If we do modify, change or discontinue the guarantee we will notify you here. All orders made and completed prior to such change would of course be honored.
