Shipping and Returns
Shipping: We ship all orders usually same day and always within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we ship your order. If for any reason there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you immediately.
Returns: All sales are final. If we make an exclusion to this policy there is a 20% restocking fee and the return must be in the original packaging and must not show evidence of wear or use. In the event of a return for any reason the return shipping is your responsibility and the item must be in the original packaging,
We are an authorized dealer for all of the products we offer and we do accept returns for warranty issues or in the event of a defect of merchandise. Some manufacturers will only honor a request for service under warranty if the item was purchased from an Authorized Retailer. You may be asked to show proof of purchase in the form of a dated invoice from an Authorized Retailer. As an authorized retailer you can be assured your warranty issue will be handled promptly. As an authorized retailer you can also be assured that the item you purchase from us will meet the performance expectations according to its specifications, unlike similar looking items that might be found on the "gray market".
In order to return an item under warranty coverage, or in the event of defect, you must call us and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping is your responsibility. We will not accept any returns that do not include the RMA number clearly marked on the return shipping label.
In the event of a return whereby we refund your purchase price, refunds are always issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment that was used in the original transaction. All refunds therefore, will be promptly issued to the same payment type as the original form of payment(s).
